GRAIN MAN

  • Grain man is a project inspired by the creation of the sandman scene from Spider-Man

  • The main simulation makes use of Vellum grains simulated in reverse, to create the illusion of formation out of nothing.


TALENTEE

  • Talentee was created as a collaboration between SCAD x The Mill

  • I joined a team of 5 people comprised of two FX artists, one LookDev artist, and two Compositors

  • We worked together from the start of the process, from ideating, to writing, to filming, to post


DAVID DISINTEGRATION

  • A very simple project consisting of Michelangelo’s David disintegrating into particles

  • I am responsible all except the model


Colibri

  • Colibri is a procedural animated hummingbird automaton

  • Based on a design by Derek Hugger

  • Responsible for all aspects

  • I really like square aspect ratios since they work for both short vertical and horizontal formats


CATCHER SCULPT

  • Catcher sculpt is my first project in Zbrush

  • The goal was to create a photo-real character, and to practice telling a story through a still position, utilizing pose, texturing, and props


POTION SHOP

  • Potion shop is a project making use of procedural modeling, and instancing in Houdini

  • The project also features a small particle simulation, emitting from the cauldron


PIONEER INN

  • The pioneer inn is a procedural modeling project aiming to pay tribute to the pioneer inn that was burned down Maui during the fires in 2023

  • The project features a control panel allowing for control over a number of features including size, window spacing, height, and spacing of floors.


Photography

  • I like to use photography as a way to train my creative eye for compositions

  • I really enjoy pushing my colors just out of the realm of possibilities, utilizing photoshop and lightroom
